to help them find and hire the right people. Part of this
involves taking into account the Bulls, Owls, Lambs and
Tigers which helps reveal people’s strengths and
weaknesses, as well as how they would fit in with your
existing staff.
Charles also teaches a rather unusual interviewing technique
in which a number of candidates are brought in together
for a Group Interview. This creates a set of interpersonal
dynamics you would not be able to observe in a one-on-one
interview, and also makes the most efficient use of your
time.
